About Me

I'm an ADHD coach with lived experience - I was diagnosed with ADHD in my 30s and understand the mix of emotions that can come with a late diagnosis.
I trained as a psychotherapist before transitioning to coaching with the aim of offering more practical support to neurodivergent people who are struggling. My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in empathy, and I’ll meet you where you are without judgement.
Together, we'll explore your strengths and challenges to help you take steps toward your goals. If you feel overwhelmed or burnt out and don't know where to start, I've been there and can help you clarify what matters most to you.
I'm professionally insured, Certified by ADHD Works, and an enhanced DBS check holder
